Q: Can an online consultation replace a visit to the dentist's office?

No. An online consultation is intended to provide a professional opinion, recommend next steps, and answer questions. In some cases, an in-person examination may be necessary.

Q: How does the consultation itself work?

After booking and paying the fee, you will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to an online meeting via Google Meet. At the agreed time, you will join a video call with the dentist. To join, follow the instructions in the email invitation by clicking the "Join via Google Meet" button To participate in the online consultation, you will need a connected device (phone, tablet, computer) with a microphone and, ideally, a camera. We also recommend conducting the meeting in a private, quiet environment with a stable internet connection.

Q: Can I send photos or X-rays during the consultation?

Yes. You can send photos or X-rays in advance or directly during the consultation to bratislava@smartdental.sk, if the situation requires it. Screen sharing is also available.

Q: What if I can't attend the consultation?

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with our terms and conditions. Changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us directly at bratislava@smartdental.sk or by phone at +421 948 679 706

Q: What if the consultation didn't meet my expectations?

Our goal is to provide professional and clear consultation. If you feel that the consultation did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. We review all feedback on a case-by-case basis and will propose an appropriate solution.

Five days ago, my treatment involved having an implant inserted. I really wasn’t worried about this procedure, as I fully trust the clinic’s staff, and after the treatment I never felt any sensitivity in the treated area, not even after a tooth extraction. I’m intentionally writing this review only after 5 days so that my account of the treatment is credible. From the very beginning, my entire family, other relatives, and gradually several of my colleagues have been going to this clinic. I’ve come to realize that this dental clinic guarantees professionally performed work and high-quality equipment. This includes the utmost care for the patient—from the reception desk all the way to the doctors. Their service always begins with a warm welcome and ends with the same warm farewell when I leave.
