Can an online consultation replace a visit to the dentist's office?
No. An online consultation is intended to provide a professional opinion, recommend next steps, and answer questions. In some cases, an in-person examination may be necessary.
What kinds of issues can I discuss during the consultation?
Toothaches, vague symptoms, a second opinion on treatment, preparation for a procedure, choosing treatment options, or general questions about dental health.
A dental restoration consultation is also a popular option .
How does the consultation itself work?
After you make a reservation and pay the fee, you will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to an online meeting via Google Meet.
At the agreed time, you will join a video call with the dentist.
To join, follow the instructions in the invitation email and click the "Join via Google Meet" button
To participate in an online consultation, you will need a connected device (cell phone, tablet, or computer) with a microphone and, ideally, a camera. We also recommend that you participate in a private, quiet setting with a stable internet connection.
Can I send photos or X-rays during the consultation?
Yes. You can send photos or X-rays in advance or directly during the consultation to [email protected], if the situation requires it.
Screen sharing is also available.
What if I can't attend the consultation?
The appointment can be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the appointment.
