Contest to win an Oral-B electric toothbrush worth €220
1. Contest Organizer:
The organizer of the contest titled “Contest for an Oral-B Electric Toothbrush Worth €220” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is Smart Dental Clinic s.r.o., registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, with its registered office at Žltá 1, Bratislava – Petržalka district 851 07, Slovak Republic, Section Sro, File No. 137352/B, ID No.: 52 346 986 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). The Organizer issues these Contest Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”).
The purpose of the Contest is to support and promote the Organizer’s services in order to establish a presence in the relevant market.
2. Duration of the contest:
The contest will take place from April 20, 2020, to May 10, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.
3. Contest Participants:
For the purposes of these rules, a “Contest Participant” means a natural person:
- who have permanent or temporary residence in the Slovak Republic,
- which is more than 15 years old
- that meets the eligibility requirements for the Contest as set forth in the rules
4. Contest Rules:
Every Contest Participant who, during the contest period:
- takes advantage of the “Free Initial Examination” promotion and registers as a patient by filling out the medical history questionnaire at the Smart Dental Bratislava clinic
- consents to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes
Each contestant may enter the contest only once. The organizer will select one winner by random drawing.
By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to participate in accordance with these Rules, accepts the Rules without reservation, and agrees to accept any prize in the manner specified in the Rules. The Contest Organizer is not liable for any technical or programming errors or mistakes that may occur during the Contest.
5. Drawing:
The contest drawing will take place under the supervision of two employees of the Organizer at the Smart Dental Clinic s.r.o. clinic, located at Námestie hraničiarov 35, 851 03 Bratislava, on May 11, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. The winner will be contacted by a Smart Dental Clinic employee or an authorized representative within 14 business days of the draw date to notify them of their win.
The winner will be notified of the prize via a phone call to the phone number the Participant provided when completing the Medical History Questionnaire.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Contest Participant if there is suspicion of a violation of the Contest rules or the use of improper methods.
6. Prize:
The organizer of the Contest is awarding the following prize:
- 1 Oral-B GeniusX 20100S Fuji White
The prize is worth €224.20. The prize is provided by the Organizer in accordance with these Rules.
7. Notification of the prize:
The winner will be contacted by phone and informed of how to claim the prize.
If we are unable to contact the Winner within 14 days of the drawing, a new Winner will be selected. The prize will be sent to the Winner within 30 days of the drawing date.
The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision as to whether the conditions set for a particular prize have been met. Prizes cannot be awarded to contestants who have not met, even partially, the conditions set for winning the prize.
If the Winner does not agree to accept the prize, forfeits the prize, refuses to give consent, or fails to meet any other condition set forth in these rules, the prize will be awarded to a newly drawn alternate winner.
The winner will be announced on the website www.smartdental.sk/pravidla-sutaze for a period of 7 days following the winner’s consent to accept the prize and to have their personal data published on the website.
8. Special Provisions:
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Contest rules, cancel the Contest, and modify the duration and terms of the Contest, including, but not limited to, the rules of the drawing, the date of the drawing, the number of winners, and the types of prizes to be awarded. The Organizer will publish any changes to the Contest rules and conditions in an appropriate manner. The Organizer is not liable for any damages arising from incorrect information provided by Contest Participants in connection with the failure to claim or use a prize. The winner has no legal right to exchange the prize or have its value paid out in the form of monetary or other compensation (exchanging the prize for money also includes exchanging the prize for securities, real estate, a savings account deposit, or insurance, etc.).
The participant acknowledges that the prize cannot be enforced through legal action. In the event of any dispute regarding the Contest, the Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.
By entering the Contest, Contest Participants agree to be bound by these Rules.
